For the past year and a half I have served first as freelance Production Assistant and then Production Editor for Tupelo Quarterly, a highly regarded digital literary magazine publishing four times per year. I have put together nearly 100 Wordpress articles for TQ during this time alongside periodically implementing fast-turnaround post-publication corrections and collaborating with contributors and colleagues. I am proud of my recent promotion to an Editor position, and am currently curating and editing my first feature (a collection of contributions by five fantastic poets on the subject of death and rebirth). I want to add a full- or part-time remote role because while working with Tupelo is incredibly fulfilling, it is not a large demand on my time or energy. While writing is the core of my talents and passions, I thrive especially in sales copywriting and am in my element SEO-optimizing a Shopify listing. I am casting a wide net, however, as I know there are a variety of roles I would enjoy and sometimes we cannot foresee our best next adventure.
