Customer Service Representative with 5years in Fintech and E-commerce
It is easy to assume customers leave because of pricing or product limitations. In many cases, they leave because of the experience they had while trying to get help. Delayed responses, unclear communication, and unresolved issues often create frustration long before a customer decides to churn and in SaaS, where switching costs are low and trial periods are short, that frustration turns into lost revenue fast. Hi, I am Hannah. My background is in high-volume customer support across financial services and energy industries where speed, accuracy, and trust matter just as much as they do in SaaS. I am now looking to bring that discipline into a SaaS support environment. What I bring: – A track record of responding to customers in a timely, consistent way across calls, email, and live chat. – Experience handling over 200 customer interactions weekly without compromising accuracy or empathy. – A habit of treating every issue as fully resolved, not just answered, following up to confirm it actually stuck. – An eye for recurring problems, and a willingness to flag patterns that could improve support processes upstream. While I have not worked with a SaaS product yet, but I can promise that I ramp up fast, I already think in terms of retention rather than ticket-closing, and I take documentation and consistency seriously which are habits that translate directly regardless of the product. Because when support is handled well, customers stay longer, trust the product more, and churn less. I am looking for a SaaS team that is open to someone who brings proven support fundamentals and is ready to learn the product fast.
