Hana Žideková

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of marketing management, strategic communications, content creation, creativity, storytelling and PR. I have experience both in the agency environment and in senior marketing management on the client side. My professional journey is best illustrated by my recent time at DYNAMIK HOLDING. I joined a large construction company which, however, had no marketing department. Over the course of 3.5 years, I built this department and the brand’s communications from the ground up – from long-term strategy, setting up processes and budgets, through building an internal and external marketing team, to establishing a brand that was clearly heard and seen in the market. From a construction firm with a history spanning more than 30 years, yet one that was virtually unknown to the public, I built a respected and trustworthy brand with clearly communicated values, strong CEO advocacy and a solid reputation. As I currently call three countries around the world home, I am looking for an opportunity where I can put my experience in brand management, storytelling, copywriting, marketing management, ghostwriting and PR management and creative work to good use.
