With over four years of hands-on experience in healthcare quality management, I currently serve as a Product Manager for Cognizant's TriZetto ClaimSphere QaaS platform. My expertise is primarily focused on achieving NCQA certification for HEDIS and AMP measures, spanning MY2024, MY2025, and MY2026. This involves not only managing a catalog of over 200 custom measures alongside the certified ones but also adeptly translating complex regulatory requirements from bodies such as CMS and key stewards like PQA, AHRQ, and NY QARR into actionable product specifications.
