I build revenue systems for one of Mexico's largest hospitality and entertainment groups: 45+ venues nationwide, and digital sales channels I helped scale from $1M to $10M+ MXN in monthly revenue. Over 12 years, I've moved from brand management to executive leadership — four internal promotions — leading a 60+ person marketing organization, negotiating partnerships with global beverage groups like Moët Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, and José Cuervo, and directing strategy and budgets across markets including CDMX, Cancún, Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, and Playa del Carmen. Today my focus is digital platforms and monetization: I direct the product strategy and 13-city national rollout of a proprietary reservations platform, covering everything from product roadmap and POS integrations to commission models and unit-level profitability analysis. What I do best sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, digital product, and P&L: turning operations into scalable, measurable revenue.
