Projects and impacts: • Led the modernization of the monthly accounting close and individual/consolidated Financial Statements across 22 entities simultaneously, integrating real-time data, eliminating rework, and reducing closing times from days to hours. • Implemented horizontal and vertical analyses via Analysis for Office (AO), turning hours of manual work into strategic reports accessible in minutes. • Acted as a strategic business partner to executive leadership across multiple large corporations and industries, supporting high-impact decisions with reliable, well-structured financial data.
