In my current role, I guide prospective student-athletes and their families through the college decision process while also contributing directly to the university’s enrollment goals. I present the value of the institution in a way that is both strategic and personal; aligning academic programs, athletic opportunities, and financial considerations with each student’s long-term goals. I manage a multi-step recruitment funnel, maintain consistent follow-up, and use CRM systems to track engagement and drive outcomes. At the same time, I understand that this is a major life decision for families, so I approach each interaction with clarity, professionalism, and genuine care. I’m motivated by the balance of achieving measurable enrollment results while building trust and meaningful relationships. I am seeking a remote role where I can contribute to organizational growth through relationship management, recruiting operations, and data-informed strategy. In my current position in athletic recruiting, I manage a full enrollment pipeline while presenting the academic, athletic, and financial value of the university to prospective student-athletes and their families. During my first year, I worked remotely for three months while our office was under construction, maintaining recruitment momentum and consistent cross-department communication. I played a key role in the university’s growth initiatives, including the launch and recruitment efforts for Women’s Flag Football and Men’s Bowling. I also contributed to the largest recruiting class in Aurora University history, including significant growth in Men’s and Women’s Hockey and Women’s Bowling. I am especially interested in opportunities where I can work with systems and data to help companies or institutions expand strategically, improve processes, and drive measurable results. I am also drawn to remote roles within recruiting technology or career services where I can combine operational strategy with meaningful impact.
