I am a healthcare support professional with a background in patient care, administrative operations, and high-volume client communication. I have hands-on clinical experience as a Patient Care Technician, including phlebotomy, as well as administrative experience in both healthcare and financial settings. My work in debt collection and call center operations with ADP strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage sensitive information, and handle complex situations professionally. Additionally, my background in food service and customer-facing roles has built a strong foundation in multitasking, time management, and delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments. I am currently a full-time Healthcare Studies student with a 3.82 GPA and have been selected for the 2026 All New York Academic Team through Phi Theta Kappa, recognizing my academic achievement, leadership, and community involvement. I also serve as President of the Healthcare Studies Club, where I lead initiatives focused on community health, resource access, and student engagement. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in remote environments. I bring a strong ability to support patients and clients with empathy, adapt quickly to new systems, and maintain accuracy in high-volume workflows. I am seeking remote opportunities in patient coordination, medical scheduling, healthcare support, or administrative roles where I can contribute immediately while continuing to build toward a long-term career in nursing.
