I am a technology leader and CTO with 12+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing engineering organizations, cloud-native platforms, and AI/LLM-driven products. I have led cross-functional teams of 30–40 engineers across backend, web, mobile, data, DevOps/SRE, QA, and AI, with a strong focus on turning complex ideas into production-grade systems that are reliable, scalable, and commercially impactful. My experience spans AI/LLM platforms, distributed systems, cloud architecture, platform engineering, and product delivery. I have built and scaled multi-agent LLM systems, real-time streaming platforms, OCR and retrieval pipelines, personalization engines, and enterprise-grade backend systems on AWS and GCP using Kubernetes, microservices, Python, Go, Node.js, and modern DevOps practices. I care deeply about engineering excellence, predictable delivery, cost optimization, latency reduction, and building teams that can execute at a high level. Over the years, I have helped organizations improve delivery velocity, strengthen platform reliability, scale teams from the ground up, and create strong engineering processes around SDLC, CI/CD, observability, and quality.
