A commercially driven and highly motivated professional with a strong background in business development, recruitment and contract management across the healthcare, pharmaceutical and education sectors. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Tourism Management and have built a successful career developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities and delivering results within fast paced and target driven environments. Business development has been at the centre of my career, working closely with businesses, healthcare providers and stakeholders to build long term partnerships, increase engagement and support company growth. I am confident communicating with people at all levels, negotiating effectively and maintaining strong professional relationships that lead to repeat business and positive outcomes. Alongside this, I have several years of recruitment experience managing the full recruitment process within the healthcare sector. This includes sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, matching candidates to opportunities, negotiating terms and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the process. I work well under pressure, thrive in target driven environments and pride myself on delivering a professional and personable service. More recently, I progressed into pharmaceutical contract management where I oversaw the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, managing risk and supporting operational efficiency within a highly regulated industry. My previous role ended on 15th May 2026 due to redundancy following financial difficulties within the business and the company potentially facing bankruptcy. I accepted the redundancy offered and I am now looking for a new opportunity where I can bring my commercial awareness, relationship management skills and professional experience to a forward thinking organisation.
