I am a Revenue Operations leader who thrives on turning complex, high-volume processes into efficient, scalable systems. With experience managing onshore and offshore teams at Pinterest and Conga, I have led operations handling thousands of monthly advertiser requests and $500M+ in annual deal flow while driving major efficiency gains through automation, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. A self-described AI nerd, I build practical tools that eliminate friction and boost team performance. These include the PinOrder QA bot at Pinterest as well as personal projects like a full dynamic imageboard and a custom 8-voice VST3 synthesizer developed with AI-assisted coding. I am passionate about using technology to make work faster, smarter, and more accurate, and I am always looking for new ways to apply AI to real-world operational challenges. Outside of work, I am based in Costa Mesa, California, and hold a B.A. in Business Management/Economics from UC Santa Cruz.
