Giselle Daghri

I bring 25 years of extensive experience in client service, healthcare, wellness, and customer support. My professional background includes working as a Nurse, as well as a wellness and fitness coach in Canada. These roles required a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, empathy, teamwork, and professional communication. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with other healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate patient records and providing compassionate, client-focused support. I developed strong problem-solving skills through remotely resolving a wide range of client concerns, identifying issues efficiently, and providing effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This was particularly rewarding, as my work allowed me to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of many individuals. More recently, I gained additional customer service and sales experience in Budapest, working directly with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and effectively, understand and respond to customer needs, process orders and payments, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from York University in Toronto. My education and professional experience have provided me with a broad understanding of healthcare, wellness, customer service, communication, and working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. I am fluent in both English and Hungarian and am seeking a remote, work-from-home opportunity that I can perform from Hungary for a global organisation. I am particularly interested in live chat, email customer support positions where I can use my communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills.
