I'm a Louisiana-licensed attorney with 11+ years of civil litigation and transactional experience, now focused on remote, non-courtroom legal work. My practice spans commercial and transactional contracts, claims and coverage analysis, litigation management, and compliance — the kind of substantive legal work that keeps a business moving without ever needing a courtroom. Earlier in my career, I built a case qualification and risk function from the ground up at a high-volume firm: I established the standard operating procedures, screening criteria, and automated dashboards that tracked status, milestones, and quality across a large caseload, then trained the team that ran it. I've drafted and negotiated a broad range of commercial agreements, evaluated liability and coverage on the carrier side, and now advise business clients through my own fully virtual practice. On the technology side, I hold the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme certificate along with AI-governance credentials from IBM and Google, and I'm completing the IAPP CIPP/US and AIGP certifications.
