In recent years, I have guided multiple teams simultaneously in complex, international environments, including Euroclear, Volvo Cars, and Alpega. I was responsible for sprint planning, progress follow‑up, risk and dependency management, and reporting to stakeholders at various levels. Safeguarding quality, scope, and deadlines comes naturally to me, as does supporting project managers and product owners in their reporting and decision‑making. My approach is always people‑focused: I build trust, create psychological safety, and encourage ownership within teams. I have experience coaching both teams and individual Product Owners and Scrum Masters, and I have supported teams throughout their iterations with a strong emphasis on self‑organization and continuous improvement. In addition, I have a proven track record in facilitating workshops, retrospectives, PI kickoffs, and large group sessions — often supported by Serious Games to strengthen collaboration and insight. Working in multicultural, multisite contexts is the norm for me. I have collaborated for years with teams in Sweden, India, China, the US, and Belgium, and I navigate easily between different communication styles and expectations. My calm, empathetic, and structured approach to work helps me quickly connect with new teams and clients.
