I am an enrolled Advocate with experience in IP drafting, media law research, and commercial contracts. My experience includes drafting and redlining commercial agreements (NDAs, SaaS, Employment, Trademark Licensing, M&A documents), legal research and court practice at the District & Sessions Court, compliance documentation, and legal content development. I hold a Government of India Certificate in AI for Legal Professionals (Ministry of MSME, IDEMI Mumbai). I am pursuing NSDC-certified diplomas in M&A & Investment Laws and International Contract Negotiation & Drafting (LawSikho), and have published legal articles on AI in media and entertainment, IP in fast fashion, and piracy of the public domain rights.
