I am a Payroll Consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience spanning payroll operations, HR technology, process improvement, technical consulting, project implementation, training, and banking. For the last 9 years, I have specialized in payroll, progressing from Payroll Specialist to Payroll Subject Matter Expert, Technical Consultant, and currently Payroll Consultant at British Council. My experience includes supporting multinational environments, payroll transformations, system implementations, knowledge management, and operational excellence. Two achievements I am particularly proud of are: Successfully leading payroll training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing initiatives as a Payroll Subject Matter Expert at Automatic Data Processing, helping teams increase expertise, improve service quality, and reduce recurring payroll incidents through preventive actions and process enhancements. Contributing to payroll and HR technology transformation projects by validating technical solutions, supporting system configurations, executing testing activities, and providing technical expertise that enabled successful implementations and continuous process improvements across international teams. For my next remote role, I am looking for a senior position where I can combine my payroll expertise, analytical capabilities, and project experience. I am particularly interested in roles such as Senior Payroll Consultant, Payroll SME, Global Payroll Specialist, Payroll Transformation Lead, or HR/Payroll Project Consultant.
