Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, data automation, data cleaning, ETL pipeline and dashboard development for a US-based company. Currently supporting Call Center and Financial operations at Hawx (US pest control company), where I evolved from data entry to Jr Data Analyst -- building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Sheets/Excel, automating repetitive workflows with Apps Script, monitoring KPIs, detecting outliers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. I also work on basic SQL tasks in Google BigQuery. Beyond my main role, I have experience with data entry roles for US-based companies, having developed accuracy and attention to details and experience with data validation and migration. I also have experience with LLM data annotation, transcription, and translation -- working with training data for AI models. I also volunteer as a Data Analyst at Eu Quero Contar (NGO), creating Power BI dashboards (data visualization) to support social impact initiatives. With 8+ years of project management experience and international exposure in the Netherlands and Australia, I bring adaptability, strong communication, and a global perspective to every team.
