I work as a General Virtual Assistant and Operations Specialist, helping businesses streamline their daily operations, handle e-commerce and accounting tasks, and automate workflows using GoHighLevel and AI tools. Across my professional career, I have accumulated nearly six years of experience. This includes almost three and a half years managing virtual assistant and e-commerce responsibilities for MJ Wines, along with earlier specialist roles in logistics and data entry. Two of my key achievements include earning my certification in GoHighLevel to set up high-converting sales funnels and automated marketing systems, and successfully managing frontend to backend e-commerce operations across major platforms like Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee to improve listings and sales. Moving forward, I am looking to step into a remote role as a GoHighLevel Specialist, Automation Specialist, or Lead Virtual Assistant where I can leverage my systems setup and operational skills to help growing businesses run smoothly.
