Flávia Pertel

I’m a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI, with 5 years of experience designing digital products and 8+ years of experience across design disciplines. I currently work remotely at Tata Consultancy Services, supporting a US-based client in the nuclear energy sector. My work spans the entire product design process, from discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, and developer handoff. I also use a lot of AI tools to accelerate prototyping, improve collaboration, and make design workflows more efficient. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across complex products in industries such as energy, mining, healthcare, e-commerce, and SaaS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real user problems. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of are contributing to a train management platform that helped reduce driver delays by 55%, and redesigning a healthcare scheduling system that reduced patient no-shows by 22%. I’ve also created scalable design systems, conducted extensive field research, and designed solutions used by thousands of users. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote or hybrid Product Designer or UX/UI Designer position with an international, collaborative team. I’d love to work on meaningful products where I can combine user-centered design, product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and AI-assisted workflows. I’m particularly interested in opportunities that offer autonomy, continuous learning, and the chance to make a measurable impact on both the user experience and business outcomes.
