Currently, I am working as a Logistics Operations Manager with Allyn International, where I manage multi-modal shipments including air, ocean, road, and courier. My role involves close coordination with customs agents, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth and compliant movement of shipments. I am responsible for issuing logistics purchase orders in SAP, supporting billing and payments, tracking KPIs, and ensuring timely documentation and pre-alert communication. Previously, at Air Liquide India, I handled sourcing, logistics, and long-term transportation contracts, including rate negotiations, import shipments under bonds, customs duty processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements. I also have strong exposure from my assignments with GE Steam Power, GE India Industrial, DHL Supply Chain, and overseas roles in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which helped me gain a deep understanding of both Indian and international logistics operations. Throughout my career, I have worked hands-on with HSN classification, customs documentation, SAP systems, logistics cost control, carrier performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement. I am known for my strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage operations under pressure while maintaining service levels.
