Throughout my career, I have served as the link between customers and technical teams, helping resolve application issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. My background includes client and application support, CRM and ticket management, troubleshooting software issues, documenting and tracking service requests, EDI mapping and transaction support, ERP business processes, and cross-functional collaboration. I am known for being organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate technical information clearly to both business users and technical staff. I enjoy investigating problems, finding practical solutions, and helping customers succeed with the software they use every day. I take pride in building strong relationships, following issues through to resolution, and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the support process.
