Eugenie N. Roches

With nearly a decade of experience in education and public service, I specialize in teaching and youth development. As an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Belize, I deliver structured and engaging Criminal Justice instruction, foster academic discussions, and develop assessments aligned with learning goals. I combine my expertise in consultations and community outreach to support student engagement and academic growth. In my role as a Community Rehabilitation Officer II at the Ministry of Human Development, Family Support, and Gender Affairs, I coordinate youth rehabilitation programs in collaboration with families, educational institutions, and community stakeholders. Guided by my certification in Child Safeguarding, I am dedicated to fostering supportive environments that empower youth through developmentally appropriate interventions and collaboration.
