I am a French Legal Counsel specialized in Business Law (contract law, commercial law, corporate law). I hold also the Luxembourg bar, and I am turned to finance corporate law, applicable to funds (AIFM and UCITS). I have my own business in France for nearly 6 years, and I am focused on assisting companies and entrepreneurs in French Law, Luxembourg Law, European Law and International Law. I am looking for a remote role either in Europe or in North America, in a company turned to international business law with the possibility to get more responsibilities during the contract.
