Hi! I have over 6 years of office-based experience as an Administrative Assistant where I handled data entry, scheduling, payroll, procurement, and staff coordination. Recently, I completed a Freight Brokerage and Dispatch VA Masterclass where I learned freight terminologies, documentation, and logistics workflows. I also have hands-on training with load boards such as DAT, DOFT, and ClassIt, including searching for loads and market rates, quoting, and tracking shipments as well as understanding rate per mile and deadhead. We also covered carriers such as Estes, Old Dominion, and FedEx, as well trucking apps like Trucker Path.
