Ermias Wakgari Yadeta

I am a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in web application development, IT operations, and enterprise software projects. I have been working in software and IT-related roles, building and supporting practical technology solutions using modern tools and frameworks. Two achievements I am particularly proud of are developing a full-stack online donation platform as my final-year project, which placed 3rd in a faculty-level competition, and contributing to the development of an enterprise warehouse/property management system, working across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and deployment. I enjoy solving practical problems, learning new technologies, and turning requirements into reliable, user-friendly software. My experience includes JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, REST APIs, Linux, and modern web development tools. For my next remote role, I am looking for opportunities in software engineering, full-stack web development, or related technical roles where I can contribute to real-world projects, continue developing my skills, and work effectively with a distributed team. I am particularly interested in roles involving React, Node.js, backend development, APIs, databases, and general web application development.
