I’m an experienced Operations and Administrative professional with over ten years of supporting CEOs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. Over that time, I’ve built a reputation as a dependable partner who can move comfortably between high-level executive support and hands-on program coordination. I do my best work in fast-moving environments where things aren’t always structured. I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity - whether that’s reorganising workflows, improving processes, or turning messy systems into something reliable, efficient, and ready for audit. A key part of my work has been organising and strengthening enrolment documentation systems. I’ve designed practical systems, forms, and processes from the ground up to bring structure and consistency to complex workflows. By simplifying processes and removing unnecessary steps, I’ve helped teams work more efficiently while maintaining accurate, audit‑ready documentation for compliance requirements. Alongside this, I’ve worked closely with the CEO as a trusted partner - providing reliable operational support, anticipating needs, and ensuring that critical administrative and compliance functions run smoothly behind the scenes.
