I build the structure that makes complex programmes and partnerships work. I've set up partnership models from scratch, working with organisations like Google and TomTom on public infrastructure projects, and built engagement operating models that coordinated multiple teams through national consultations under fixed government deadlines. I've also worked directly with clients on an energy SaaS platform, handling day-to-day relationship management and using SQL to investigate and solve platform issues. My focus has been energy and infrastructure, and I want to keep working in a space with a similarly clear mission, whether that's climate tech or social impact. I'm equally comfortable managing a client relationship, building a partnership from the ground up, or setting up the systems that keep a team running.
