I’m a senior Marketing, Growth and Business Operations leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling strategies in fast-paced B2C environments. Most recently, I led Marketing Operations at an international company, working at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, CRM, Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Compliance. My role combines strategy and execution, translating business priorities into go-to-market plans, acquisition and retention initiatives, operational frameworks and measurable growth. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional initiatives involving teams across Brazil and Europe, managing complex projects, multiple stakeholders and different business priorities. I have extensive experience in customer acquisition, lifecycle, retention and product adoption, connecting performance marketing, CRM, product, creative and customer behavior to drive sustainable growth. I have also led major business transformation initiatives, including coordinating the formalization of approximately 300 commercial relationships during a significant regulatory transition while maintaining ongoing marketing operations. I’m now looking for a senior remote role where I can combine Marketing, Growth, GTM, Operations and Commercial Strategy with cross-functional leadership and business ownership.
