There's something about the challenge of opening a new account, building a retail strategy from scratch, or turning around an underperforming channel that never gets old. Every brand is different. Every buyer relationship is different. That's what keeps it interesting. Over the course of my career, I've worked across the full spectrum from building Amazon businesses from the ground up to managing multimillion-dollar retail portfolios across Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, Kohl's, and more. I've represented 25+ brands as an agency owner. I've led national rep teams. I've grown territories from $1.5M to $7.5M and generated $5M+ in incremental annual revenue through marketplace expansion.
