I'm a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate currently completing my mandatory internship with clinical training that started in 2022 with an observational placement in a US community pharmacy and continued through rotational placements at Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia. Across those settings, I've built real, hands-on experience in medication therapy management, drug interaction monitoring, patient counseling, compounding, dispensing, and inventory control, along with the regulatory documentation and compliance work that comes with all of it. A few things I'm proud of so far: I supported MTM activities by reviewing patient drug profiles and flagging contraindications before they reached patients, helped reduce stockouts through better inventory forecasting, and completed a supervised thesis project studying antibiotic resistant bacteria in water quality, which sharpened how I think about public health risk more broadly. I've also stayed active outside the clinic through community health education and malaria awareness outreach. I'm now looking to move into remote work where that clinical judgment and documentation discipline actually translate, roles like pharmacovigilance, MTM support, or clinical data and AI evaluation work, where the details matter as much as they do at the bedside. Two things worth flagging before this goes live: "Years of experience" isn't stated as a number since her clinical exposure (2022 to now) mixes observership, student rotations, and current internship rather than independent licensed practice. If Ethos has a separate numeric "years of experience" field, I'd suggest something like "3+ years of clinical training" rather than "3 years of experience" to stay accurate.
