I am a Finance & Accounting professional with 10+ years of experience across financial reporting, financial control, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, reconciliation, taxation, and business partnering. I currently work as a Financial Controller, where I oversee financial reporting, financial controls, planning, budgeting, cash flow, and finance operations while supporting management decision-making across business units. Throughout my career, I have been involved in month-end closing, account reconciliation, P&L and balance sheet review, accruals, financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and process improvement. I am also experienced in working with accounting and ERP systems and improving finance processes to make reporting more accurate and efficient. My strengths are analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights. I hold a Master’s degree in Accounting Management and have strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and taxation. I am currently looking for a remote opportunity in Financial Controller, Finance Manager, FP&A, Finance & Accounting, or other senior finance roles where I can contribute my experience while working with an international or growth-oriented team. I am comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, collaborating remotely, and communicating with stakeholders across different functions.
