I’m an operations management professional with over 20 years of experience in business operations, production management, data analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement. I began my career managing data-driven mortgage marketing programs, including helping establish an Experian credit-trigger program that processed approximately 1,500–2,000 customer records daily. I developed Microsoft Access queries, managed large datasets, and coordinated time-sensitive customer communications. As our company expanded into high-volume print production, I took on responsibility for building and managing the new operation while continuing my analytical work. Today, I oversee daily production across ten Ricoh printers, coordinate vendors and maintenance, manage inventory, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure strict same-day mailing deadlines are met. Two key accomplishments include helping establish the mortgage trigger program from the ground up and redesigning production scheduling into four structured daily print windows to reduce bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency. My experience also includes e-commerce operations involving Shopify, TikTok Shop, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment. I’m seeking a full-time remote position in Operations Management, Business Operations, Operations Analysis, or Process Improvement where I can use my experience to improve workflows, solve operational challenges, and support data-driven decisions.
