Most businesses I work with are losing hours to repetitive work: leads that sit untouched, follow-ups that never go out, and data that does not match between systems. I fix that. I build and run CRMs in Zoho, HubSpot and GoHighLevel, connect them to texting, email, payments and scheduling with Zapier, Make, webhooks and custom code, and build the websites that feed them. I design and code those sites myself in React, Next.js and WordPress, with SEO and analytics set up from day one. I have been doing this for 2 years as an independent consultant. I am HubSpot Sales Software certified and Make AI Agents certified. Two projects I am proud of. At Super Inspector, a multi-market home inspection company, I built a Zoho CRM with more than 17,000 agent records and rebuilt their 5-funnel design, which has grown to 7. I found that order numbers repeat across their accounts, fixed the intake, recovered 407 skipped inspections and separated about 400 agents who had been wrongly merged. For a preventive health practice on HubSpot Enterprise, I built a dashboard that ties leads, meetings, ebook downloads and sales back to the YouTube video that brought each person in, plus a custom 53-tool HubSpot server so AI assistants can pull reports. I give every client Loom walkthroughs and written documentation, so you or anyone you hire next can pick the system up and run it. I test each build on test records before I call it done. If I do not know something, I will tell you, research it and get back to you fast. If I do not know a platform, I learn it quickly.
