Dunja Ibrocic Rogulja

I’m a Product Owner. I’ve been in the role for 5+ years, and in IT for almost 10. I started in QA and business analysis, then moved into Scrum Master and Delivery Manager roles before becoming a Product Owner. That mix helps me see the product from more than one angle—backlog, delivery, quality, and team dynamics. Two things I’m proud of: I helped make a 15-year-old product accessible, and I managed a project with 15 people from different companies. Both needed a lot of coordination, but they worked out well. Next, I’m looking for a remote Product Owner role. I’d like to join a team where I can own the product direction, work closely with stakeholders and developers, and use my delivery background to keep things moving smoothly.
