My background combines hands-on patient care — from acute and emergency presentations during hospital residencies at Fortis Memorial Research Institute and Moolchand Medcity — with structured clinical documentation practices (SOAP/EHR), treatment appropriateness review, and compliance within a government healthcare and statutory insurance framework.
