I am a senior animation professional with 30+ years of experience as an animator, animation supervisor, director, educator, and workflow/pipeline thinker. My background includes feature animation, television, streaming, commercial work, training, and production leadership. I began my career at DreamWorks Animation and later founded Circus Ink Entertainment Ltd., where I have developed animation projects, training material, creative workflows, and proprietary Maya-based production tools. I also spent many years teaching animation through Animation Mentor, helping students and professionals strengthen performance, body mechanics, acting choices, timing, polish, and production discipline. My strengths are animation quality, clear creative direction, team support, problem-solving, and building practical systems that help artists work better. I am comfortable working with directors, producers, animators, layout, rigging, pipeline, and technical teams. I can give useful shot feedback, improve workflows, mentor artists, troubleshoot production issues, and help teams stay focused on story, performance, and delivery. I am looking for a remote role where I can contribute as an Animation Supervisor, Lead/Senior Animator, Animation Director, Animation Mentor/Educator, Creative Supervisor, or production/workflow consultant. I am also interested in roles involving AI-assisted animation workflows, artist-friendly pipelines, training programs, and creative technology, as long as the human artistic voice remains central. I bring senior-level experience, accountability, strong communication, and a practical production mindset. My goal is to help remote teams produce stronger animation, cleaner workflows, and better creative results.
