Business Operations professional with around five years in EdTech, most recently Manager of Partnership Operations at Edge Tutor International, reporting directly to the CEO. I build and document the processes, trackers and reporting that keep teams, systems and international client delivery running smoothly, and I use AI tools to automate repetitive work. Two achievements: I redesigned the performance escalation workflow at Third Space Global, supporting operations across 1,500+ tutors, and I built a cross-functional client requirement tracker at Edge Tutor that kept teams aligned on international client needs. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Information Technology for Business.
