Over the last 15+ years, I've had the opportunity to build and lead Learning & Development functions across organizations such as Paychex, RateGain, Razorpay, Cars24, and MakeMyTrip. My work has ranged from setting up L&D teams and learning ecosystems from scratch to leading global capability-building and leadership development initiatives across diverse and distributed workforces. What I enjoy most is helping businesses solve real problems through learning. Whether it's improving onboarding effectiveness, developing future leaders, accelerating productivity, or enabling teams through new technologies, I focus on creating learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. I've worked closely with senior leaders to design leadership journeys, build succession pipelines, implement digital and AI-enabled learning solutions, and create scalable programs that support growth at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
