I am a research and data analyst who helps organisations make decisions grounded in evidence rather than guesswork. My work runs the full length of the research process: designing surveys and interview guides, collecting qualitative and quantitative data, cleaning and analysing it, and writing up findings that non-technical leaders can actually act on. Most of my experience has come from real research environments. As a research assistant at the University of Cape Coast's research directorate, I ran statistical, qualitative, and quantitative analyses, built charts and summaries for presentations, and conducted literature reviews to support new studies. I now coordinate research for the Great Commission Movement of Ghana and serve on the data analysis and report-writing team for The Church of Pentecost, where I design instruments, analyse interview and survey data, and contribute to policy briefs and evaluative studies. For analysis I work mainly in SPSS, STATA, and R, alongside Microsoft Excel for modelling and reporting, with Power BI for visualisation. I am comfortable with descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression, and I care a great deal about accuracy and clean, well-documented work. I am based in Ghana on GMT, which gives me a full working-day overlap with teams in the UK, Europe, and the US East Coast, and I am open to remote research and data analyst roles, whether full-time or contract. If you are looking for someone who can take a messy dataset or an open research question and return something clear and decision-ready, I would be glad to talk.
