I am a telecommunications professional that has spent the last 10 years multi-tasking between IT and accounting functions. One of my largest accomplishments during my time in this role was to convert over 100 stores onto one telecommunications carrier for internet and voice service from several different carriers. During those 10 years, I also provided over 200 employees Tier 1 support with iPhone issues and utilized Maas360 as our MDM. Alongside my IT role, I also handled over 200 invoices a month by approving and providing accounting codes to accounts payable for payment. Once a year, I was responsible for updating the IT budget for yearly contract maintenance accounts.
