After receiving my bachelors from Murray state university, where I also played Division 1 Football, I got into the financial services industry. There is where I grew into the senior partner role at Globe Life American Income. While there, I was responsible for talent acquisition, acquiring and hiring top talent to help grow the company. I developed and led those same candidates to hit sales targets and grow professionally. All while meeting with clients and managing relationships with existing clients.
