Front Desk Technician with 5 years of customer service
In my current role as a Front Desk & Optometrist Technician, I handle a large amount of patients in our office and on the phone. With computer skills, optical machinery skills and customer service I am able to pretest our patients efficiently before they see the doctor all while making sure insurance is verified, payments are collected and questions are answered.
