I am an Agronomic Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and a strong interest in productivity, organization, and continuous learning. My professional background is strongly focused on sustainability-driven initiatives. I have extensive experience in agile project management, data analysis, process improvement, training development, and leading multicultural teams, having worked with organizations such as Rainforest Alliance and Verra in both Brazil and international contexts. Currently, I serve as Manager of the Data, Analytics, and Technology team, acting as a bridge between business and IT in the development of digital solutions. I believe in businesses as drivers of positive change and am motivated by opportunities to create tangible impact for people, communities, and nature through my work.
