I am a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA), with over 10 years’ post-article experience in financial management and control. I completed my articles at EY Johannesburg, and have since built a strong track record working locally and abroad, managing subsidiaries and cross-functional finance teams across multiple geographies. My experience spans a diverse range of industries and operating environments. Prior roles include serving as Financial Manager at the head office of a multi-national EPM service provider in The Netherlands, as well as General Finance Manager for a hospitality group operating four lodges and safari concessions in the Kruger Park Region of South Africa. These positions demanded a high degree of rigour in financial reporting, management accounting, and multi-entity consolidation. I am currently based in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, and am actively seeking a senior Financial Controller or Business Controller opportunity where I can apply my expertise in financial oversight, internal controls, budgeting, and variance analysis to drive sound fiscal governance and support strategic decision-making.
