I am a manager and team leader of 10+ years experience in restaurants. My core values are integrity, team work, persistence. I have demonstrated that in my roles by building others into successful partners in the industry and beyond. I value people and knowing I tried my best every day. I have generated detailed task lists and training material for a broad staff to improve cleaning procedures and better up-selling processes. I attended elective food handler courses to better understand the processes and procedures that uphold the responsibility that comes with serving the public. Ultimately my biggest impact in my roles was on people. I believe in sharing knowledge and wisdom amongst each other to improve all of our lives. I would thrive in a remote role where I can make things easier for people. Something I can help organize or distribute or something where I can speak to people directly and participate in that direct exchange of knowledge and support.
