I help students stay enrolled, engaged, and on track to graduation — and I do it by building real relationships, not just checking boxes. As a Student Success Coach at a cosmetology and beauty school, I work across in-person and virtual markets (Atlanta, DFW, San Antonio, and Houston) supporting student retention and engagement, after being promoted from an Admissions Coordinator role. I bring a licensed cosmetologist's insider perspective to the beauty education space, along with a background in program coordination, student advocacy, and cross-market communication. Over the past several years, I've built a track record of staying with organizations long-term (2+ years per role) while growing into roles with more responsibility. I'm currently completing my bachelor's degree while continuing to work full-time, which has sharpened my time management, writing, and project-coordination skills. I'm looking for a remote or hybrid role (ideally in-office no more than once a week) centered on advocacy, research, program coordination, or direct support — where the work is structured, communication is clear, and I'm trusted to manage my own tasks without micromanagement. I thrive in smaller, close-knit teams that invest in training their people well.
