I have conducted audits, investigated complaints and non-conformances, managed corrective actions, reviewed hundreds of controlled documents and led improvement initiatives. I also achieved an approximately 20% reduction in labour costs through process redesign. I am now seeking a remote role where I can apply my analytical, investigative and documentation skills to help organisations improve processes, strengthen compliance and solve problems effectively.
