I am an operations and advertising professional with over 15 years of experience across advertising operations, logistics, healthcare operations, and team leadership. My background includes managing complex workflows, analyzing performance data, investigating issues, documenting processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. At Comcast Advertising/Effectv, I managed multiple advertising campaigns, monitored delivery and performance, and partnered with sales, scheduling, and yield teams to resolve issues and support successful campaign execution. At Optum, I developed strong skills in claims research, appeals and grievances, case documentation, employee training, and resolving complex issues. Two accomplishments I’m proud of are helping improve an underperforming advertising campaign by analyzing performance data and recommending scheduling and creative adjustments, which helped improve results in the following days; and training more than 200 employees at Optum while supporting process consistency and quality. For my next opportunity, I’m seeking a fully remote position in business analysis, business operations, advertising operations, campaign operations, or project coordination.
