I’m a proud trans woman and a lifelong storyteller. Writing fiction has been my passion since childhood—what started with a pencil and spiral notebook has evolved into cloud-synced documents and a mechanical keyboard, but the most important tool remains the same: creativity. After publicly transitioning in 2018, I shifted my career from IT to Customer Service, where I discovered new ways to make an impact. While I still enjoy tech as a hobby and keep up with industry trends, my professional focus is on service coordination, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
