CHRISTOPHER PUPPIONE

My career has never fit neatly into one box, and that has become one of my greatest strengths. I’ve built businesses, developed markets, led sales, launched products, taught, written, consulted, made wine, and spent more than 25 years coaching and developing people. Across all of it, the common thread is pretty simple: I build relationships, solve problems, communicate well, and make people and organizations better. I’m comfortable working independently and figuring things out without a lot of hand-holding, but I’m equally energized by being part of a strong team. I know how to earn trust with customers, turn complicated ideas into something people understand, develop opportunities from scratch, and carry an idea all the way through execution. I also bring something that doesn’t always show up on a traditional business résumé: decades spent teaching and coaching. That experience has shaped the way I lead, listen, communicate, and develop people. I care about results, but I care just as much about how we get there and what we build along the way. I’m looking for meaningful work with good people—somewhere experience, curiosity, initiative, relationships, and the ability to make things happen still matter.
